and yes Scarlett IS the happiest baby on the planet. I knew you were wondering.
After all of the love, we went to Cold Stone to have Ice Cream for Dinner. Grandpa and Grandma ALWAYS take the kids out for ice cream...it's their thing.
Even Scarlett enjoyed the tradition!
It was a sad goodbye, but the kids LOVED having them here. The whole way home Lucas whimpered for Grandpa and Grandpa.
On Sunday Lucas said "What are we going to today with Grandpa?" I had to tell him he was on an airplane to go back to California and he just about exploded into tears.
I told him the next time we see Grandpa it will be at his house and we can go swimming everyday in his pool, that worked for about 5 minutes until Bridget said "I need a Grandma hug" and Lucas said "She is gone with Grandpa" "I am going to be very sad all day about it."
They were sad, but only because all of the fun had to end! :)
We love AND MISS you Grandma and Grandpa Horn!
